                                         CURRY MASALA (KHADESHI STYLE)


  INGREDIENT :

  • ONE CHOPPED ONIONS
  •  SOME CORIANDER LEAVES
  • 7 -8 GARLIC
  • GARAM MASALA(HOME MADE)
  • CHILLI POWDER
  •  1BAY LEAVES(TAMALPATRA OR TEJPAN)
  • 1 CLOVE
  • 2-4 BLACK PEPPERCORN( MIRE)


PROCEDURE :

  1. FIRST ON THE GAS AND PUT ON PAN AND  ADD ONION INTO THE PAN, THEN COOK ONIONS UNTIL ONIONS RELEASE MOISTURE AND BECOMES SOFE AND NICE GOLDEN COLOR .

                                                                                                                                                    

 2. THEN ADD  COLVE.,BLACK PEPPERCORN,GARLIC,CHILLI POWDER,BAY LEAVE,MIX IT  OTGETHER .
  

3. AND ALL INGREDIENT GRAND IT.


4. CURRY MASALA  IS READY TO USE. USE CAN MAKE VEG OR NON- VEG CURRY.THIS MASALA IS MAKE CURRY FOR 2- 4PERSON.
