  •  4-5  CARDAMOM  POWDER
                                                                
  • 1-2 SPOON BUTTER OR clarified butter”
                                                 
  • HALF LIT. MILK
                                                            
  • MILK MASALA(NUTS CHOPPED AND POWER)
                                                                      

PROCEDURE : 


  • FIRST POT PUT ON THE GAS ,THEN ITS HOT ADD BUTTER OR CLARIFIED BUTTER


  • AND BUTTER IS MELT THEN ADD GREETED CARROT,THEN  STIR IT UNTIL COLOR IS NOT CHANGE.
                                           
  • COLOR IS CHANGE THEN ADD 1 CUP OF MILK AND STIR IT AND COOK IT 5-10 MIN.IN LOW FLAME.
                                                     
  •  CHECK GREETED CARROT IS   COOK THEN ADD LEFT MILK ,SUGAR,MILK MASALA,,CARDAMOM POWDER MIX IT PROPERLY.
                                                         
  • AND AGAIN COOK IT 15 MIN. 
  • U CAN SEE THE KHEER IS THICK  AND COLOR IS CHANGE ,THAT TIME KHEER IS READY TO SERVE.
                                                         
  • SERVE COLD OR HOT
  • MEASUREMENT CHANGE  AS UR REQUIREMENT.
